Reserving parking in Beveren

Parking on moving day

How to apply

Since 2025 Beveren has been part of the merged municipality Beveren-Kruibeke-Zwijndrecht (BKZ). You apply online for occupation of the public domain / the parking ban via the municipality’s EagleBe platform. Only a permit signed by the mayor gives you the right to occupy the space; it is only valid after payment. Residents borrow the no-parking signs free of charge and put them up themselves.

When to applyAt least 7 calendar days before the start (municipal and regional roads); if the date changes, a new application is needed.
CostFee based on m² and duration (ask the municipality for the amount per m²); paid parking spaces: €5 per day per space. First 7 calendar days exempt from the fee for building applications. Signs lent free to residents. Regional/port roads: no municipal fee, but you must notify the competent authority.
Who places the signs? You (or your mover)
Limits and furniture liftShortening the occupation does not entitle you to a refund. Without a permit: an administrative (GAS) fine is possible. Collect the signs at Europalaan 2, Beveren or Bazelstraat 250, Kruibeke.

You always apply to the municipality yourself, not the mover: then mention the length you have reserved in your message.

How it works

  1. 1
    Describe your move, once

Route, floors, furniture, options and, if you like, up to 15 photos (rooms and access): about 3 minutes.

  2. 2
    Confirm your e-mail

One click on the link we e-mail you confirms your request. It is checked, then passed to a mover.

  3. 3
One verified mover receives your request

They have 2 hours to accept it (counted between 8 am and 9 pm). A request confirmed between 9 pm and 8 am is passed to a mover from 8 am. If they decline or do not reply, your request goes to the next mover.

  4. 4
You receive their quote through Movzo

They send it within 5 hours (same hours). You accept or decline it; if it does not suit you, you can ask once for another mover.

  5. 5
You deal directly with the mover

Quote accepted: you receive their contact details and they receive yours. You agree and pay directly with them, then you leave a review after the move.

How much does a move cost?

The price depends on volume, floors, access, distance and options. A verified mover sends you their quote through Movzo, free of charge. For orders of magnitude, see our example prices.

Do I need a parking permit?
