One click on the link we e-mail you confirms your request. It is checked, then passed to a mover.
- 3One verified mover receives your request
They have 2 hours to accept it (counted between 8 am and 9 pm). A request confirmed between 9 pm and 8 am is passed to a mover from 8 am. If they decline or do not reply, your request goes to the next mover.
- 4You receive their quote through Movzo
They send it within 5 hours (same hours). You accept or decline it; if it does not suit you, you can ask once for another mover.
- 5You deal directly with the mover
Quote accepted: you receive their contact details and they receive yours. You agree and pay directly with them, then you leave a review after the move.
A clear quote, then you decide
The mover sees all the details of your move, without your contact details, and sends you their quote through Movzo. You read it, ask your questions in the chat, then decide.

Access, furniture lift, date, arrival time: ask your questions from your page. Until you accept their quote, phone numbers, e-mail addresses and links are hidden automatically; after that, you have their full contact details.
FAQ
Why confirm my e-mail address?
One click on the link we e-mail you confirms that the request really comes from you and that your address is correct. Movers therefore receive real requests, and nobody can make a request in your name. Every request is also checked automatically (and if needed by our team) before being passed on to a mover. The link is valid for 48 hours; please also check your spam folder.
When do I give my phone number?
Only when you accept a quote, together with the street and house number of both addresses. They are then shared with the chosen mover, with your name and your e-mail. Accepting a quote does not yet bind you: you then make the removal contract directly with the mover.
What if the mover does not reply?
They have 2 hours to accept your request, then 5 hours to send their quote. These times only run between 8 am and 9 pm: for a request confirmed at 8.30 pm, they have until 9.30 am the next day to reply. A request confirmed between 9 pm and 8 am is passed to a mover from 8 am. If they decline or run out of time, your request automatically goes to the next mover; if nobody is available, we let you know.
Which photos should I add?
Up to 15 photos, optional: your rooms and furniture, and above all the access, inside (stairs, corridors, lift) and outside (street, entrance, parking). The mover then knows what to expect. Avoid showing the house number or a number plate: access photos are only visible once the mover has accepted your request. Photos are deleted from our servers 30 days after the moving date (or, if you accept no quote, as soon as 30 days after your request is closed).
What if the quote does not suit me?
Decline it, at no cost and without giving a reason. You can then ask once for another verified mover, who will send you their own quote. You can also stop your request at any time from your page.
How do I pay?
Directly to the mover, according to the terms of their quote. Movzo never receives money from you and will never ask you to pay online.
Do the movers speak English?
Many Brussels movers do. Write in your message that you prefer English; you can also say so in the chat.
