How we choose your mover
Your request is offered to one mover at a time, never to several companies at once. These are the guarantees that apply to all our partner movers.
1. Only verified companies
Before activating an account, we automatically check that the company number is active in the official registers (Crossroads Bank for Enterprises, KBO/BCE, via the European VIES register). If this automatic check fails, our team checks the number manually. When we have checked that a mover is an approved member of the Belgian Chamber of Movers (CBD-BKV), this is shown. A suspended mover no longer receives requests.
2. Who can receive your request
Your request is offered to a moving company based near your departure address, within the area it serves.

Verified reviews
Only a client who accepted a mover’s quote through Movzo can rate that mover, once, from the day after the moving date: only clients who accepted a quote through Movzo can leave a rating. With the quote, you see the mover’s average rating and latest reviews; the mover can reply once to each review. Movzo only hides reviews that are insulting, off-topic or contain personal data, and never removes a review because it is negative.
