Is it free for me?
Yes. The request and the quote are free, with no commitment. Movzo never asks you to pay: if you accept a quote, you pay the mover directly. Movzo is funded by the movers, who pay a fixed amount, the same for everyone, for each request they accept.
How does Movzo work?
You describe your move once and confirm your e-mail. Your request is offered to one verified mover in your area, who replies within 2 hours and sends you their quote through Movzo within 5 hours (counted between 8 am and 9 pm). You accept or decline it.
Why only one mover at a time?
So that you are not chased by sales calls. An online request often goes to several companies that all phone you. With Movzo, one mover receives your request; if they decline or do not reply in time, it automatically goes to the next one.
Who sets the price of my move?
The mover, in their quote: a price including VAT and a description of the service. Movzo does not set any price. A precise description and photos (up to 15, including the access: stairs, lift, street, entrance) help them give you a fair price, often without a visit.
Does the mover get my contact details?
Only if you accept their quote. Before that, they see all the details of the move and your municipality, but not your name, street, phone or e-mail; the chat hides phone numbers, e-mails and links. When you accept, you give your phone number and the street and house number of both addresses: they receive your name, these addresses, your phone and your e-mail, and you receive their details. Accepting a quote does not yet bind you: you then make the removal contract directly with them.
What if the quote does not suit me?
Decline it, at no cost and without giving a reason. You can then ask once for another verified mover, who will send you their own quote. You can also stop your request at any time from your page. See the terms
